I started InTime in 2024 with a conviction that has only grown since: a talent company should be built by the people who still do the work. I'm a practitioner first — I still write production code, still screen candidates every week, and still sit close to the line rather than above it.

That belief is personal, and it's the whole idea behind InTime. We're a small team that would rather truly know the people we place than inflate a number — so we source them, train them through our Academy, and deploy them across high-demand IT and non-IT fields, on a platform we build ourselves across the US, Canada, and India. My job is to keep us honest to that: build the tools and the team that let a small group do the work of ten, keep our decisions fast and human, and never lose sight of the person on the other side of the hire. We're not here to fill seats — we're here to craft destinies, ours included.
