Do I work for InTime or for the client?

It depends on the engagement. On a direct-hire placement you join the client as their employee. On contract or staff-augmentation work you are engaged through InTime and embedded in the client team. On our own delivery squads, you build with us. We will be clear about which model a role is before you ever interview.

Permanent, contract, or both?

Both. We place permanent and contract-to-hire roles as well as pure contract and embedded engagements. Tell us which you want — some people want a long-term home, others want the variety and rate flexibility of contracting, and we staff for both.

I do not see a role that fits. Should I still reach out?

Yes. Our verticals move fast and new client demand opens every week, so the right role often is not posted yet. When you tell us what you do, we keep your profile warm and come back to you the moment a real fit opens — rather than asking you to keep refreshing a job board.

Which verticals and skills do you place?

Eight live verticals across technology and non-technology — Guidewire, AI and ML engineering, data and MLOps, cybersecurity, ERP, healthcare and life sciences, construction and energy, and finance and accounting. We staff narrow and deep in each, so you are matched by real specialty rather than a generic title.

I am early in my career or switching fields. Is there a way in?

Yes — our Academy exists for exactly that. We invest eight to twelve weeks building motivated people into job-ready specialists in high-demand fields, then place them. If you are trying to break in or pivot, the Academy is the front door.

What does it cost a professional to work with InTime?

Nothing. Finding you work and representing you in the hiring process is free to you — we are paid by the companies that hire. The Academy is a separate program with its own plans for people who want to train into a new specialty.
