InTime was not a Canadian company that bolted on international delivery as an afterthought. Multi-geography was part of the plan from the start. Our founder built InTime while working on cross-border enterprise implementations, and that experience shaped how we designed every aspect of our operations — from payroll and compliance to consultant deployment and training delivery.

Today, with operations in the United States, Canada, and India, we offer clients the flexibility to choose the right delivery model for each role while we handle the complexity of cross-border compliance, payroll, and logistics.

Looking Ahead

From three countries to seven

Our vision is to operate in seven countries within five years, with at least 21 clients in each. Every new market will follow the same deliberate model: establish local presence, build real relationships, prove delivery, and then scale. The infrastructure we have built across USA, Canada, and India — compliance frameworks, payroll systems, delivery management tools, and training capabilities — is designed to replicate into new geographies as we grow.
