Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the services provided by InTime eSolutions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, platform, and services of InTime eSolutions ("we," "our," or "us"), located at www.intimeesolutions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InTime eSolutions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Services
InTime eSolutions provides the following services, subject to these Terms:
IT Staffing and Consulting
We provide contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing services for information technology and professional roles. We source, vet, and place qualified candidates with our clients across the United States, Canada, and India. Our consulting services include enterprise technology implementation, migration, optimization, and architecture review.
Training and Academy Programs
Through InTime Academy, we offer instructor-led training programs in software engineering, Guidewire, cloud technologies, AI/ML, data analytics, healthcare IT, and other enterprise technology disciplines. Programs include career coaching, certification preparation, hands-on project experience, and job placement support.
AI Solutions
We develop and deploy custom AI applications, enterprise integrations, intelligent automation tools, and machine learning solutions for business clients. This includes our proprietary AI-powered staffing and matching platform.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by the applicable service agreement, statement of work, or enrollment contract between you and InTime eSolutions.
3. User Obligations
By using our services, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account, applying for positions, enrolling in training programs, or submitting any information through our platform
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You will not use our services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, platform, servers, or databases
- You will not interfere with or disrupt the operation, performance, or availability of our website or services
- You will not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or collect data from our website without our express written permission
- You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services or content without express written permission
- You will comply with all applicable local, provincial, federal, and international laws and regulations
If you are a candidate or student, you agree that all information submitted through our platform -- including resumes, work history, qualifications, and certifications -- is truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience may result in immediate termination of services and removal from our platform.
If you are a client, you agree to provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and timely feedback during the staffing and placement process. You further agree to comply with all applicable employment and labor laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the InTime eSolutions website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, source code, training materials, course curricula, and compilations of data, is the property of InTime eSolutions or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The InTime eSolutions name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of InTime eSolutions. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our website or platform without our express written consent. Training materials provided through InTime Academy are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by enrolled students only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InTime eSolutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our website, platform, or services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Job placement outcomes, employment decisions, or career prospects
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content, training materials, or course offerings
- Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of our website, platform, or services
- Actions, conduct, or content of any third party using our services
- Unauthorized access to, alteration of, or loss of your data or transmissions
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services exceed the total amount you have paid to InTime eSolutions in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InTime eSolutions and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content or information you submit through our platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, platform, or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Without limiting the foregoing, we may terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false or misleading information.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
