The Academy

We build the talent
the market can't supply.

Intensive, instructor-led, project-based programs that turn motivated people into job-ready specialists — across the high-demand IT and non-IT verticals where hiring runs short. We invest in people before they earn us a dollar.

Why it exists

We create supply where it's short.

In the verticals we staff, the bottleneck is rarely demand — it is supply. The certified Guidewire pool can't keep pace with the carriers running it; production-grade AI engineers are outnumbered by the roles chasing them; cloud security sits near full employment. You can fight over the same scarce résumés everyone else is calling, or you can build more of the people the market needs.

The Academy is how we build them. It started as a reaction to real gaps we hit while staffing, and it became a deliberate engine: intensive, instructor-led, project-based programs that take motivated people and turn them into specialists an employer can hire on day one. We invest 8–12 weeks in someone before they ever earn us a dollar — because growing talent, not just placing it, is the part of this business we actually believe in.

Who it's for

Built for people ready to commit.

The programs are intensive, so they reward intent over pedigree. If you are willing to work full-on toward a specialization, there is a path here for you.

01

Career changers

Coming from an adjacent field and ready to commit. We start from fundamentals and build to job-ready — no prior experience in the specialization required, only the willingness to work.

02

Early-career technologists

Recent grads and junior practitioners who want a specialization the market is actively hiring for, instead of a generic skill set that competes with everyone.

03

Upskillers going deeper

Working professionals who already ship but want to move into a scarcer, higher-leverage specialty — Guidewire, AI/ML, cloud security, or platform engineering.

04

Employers building benches

Teams that would rather grow their own. We can train a sponsored cohort into the exact skills you are short on, then place them with you ready to contribute.

How a program works

Five phases, one outcome: job-ready.

No filler, no theory for its own sake. Every cohort runs the same arc — from fundamentals to a defended capstone to a real introduction into the network we staff.

01

Foundations

We level-set the cohort on the core concepts and tooling for the track — the vocabulary, the platform, and the mental models you need before you can build anything real.

02

Hands-on labs

Guided, practitioner-led labs where you build working pieces from day one. Every concept is paired with something you produce — not slides you watch and forget.

03

Capstone project

A realistic, end-to-end scenario modeled on the work our clients actually need done. You ship it, defend it, and walk away with proof of skill, not just a certificate.

04

Assessment & feedback

Direct, candid evaluation from the instructor against the bar an employer would set. You learn exactly where you stand and what to sharpen before you interview.

05

Placement-ready

Portfolio, interview prep, and an introduction into the same network we staff every day — so finishing the program connects directly to getting deployed.

Mentorship & what you build

Taught by people who've actually shipped.

The difference between a course and a program is the people in the room and the proof you walk out with. We optimize for both.

01

Small cohorts, real attention

Cohorts stay small on purpose. You get direct feedback on your work, not a forum thread and a hope someone answers.

02

Taught by practitioners

Instructors do this work for a living. You get the context, judgment, and war stories you only get from someone who has actually shipped.

03

Build a portfolio, not a transcript

You leave with working projects you can show — the capstone plus the labs behind it — because employers hire proof, not attendance.

Outcomes

Trained to be hired.

The Academy exists to create supply, not certificates. Graduates move into real roles through the same network we staff every day — and we share the honest numbers.

Where graduates land

Placement paths, the roles graduates step into, and what happens after the final cohort — laid out plainly. No inflated stats, no cherry-picked stories.

Questions

The Academy, answered.

Do I need experience to enroll?

No. Most tracks start from fundamentals and build to job-ready. What matters is the commitment to work full-on for 8–12 weeks — the programs are intensive by design, not casual evening courses.

Is this only for Guidewire?

No. Guidewire is one track among several. The Academy maps to the same high-demand verticals we staff — AI & ML engineering, data & MLOps, cybersecurity, ERP, and the non-IT fields too — so the skills we teach are the skills our clients are actively short on.

Will the Academy place me in a job?

We exist to create supply, so graduates move into real roles through the same network we staff every day. We share the honest numbers on the outcomes page — no inflated stats and no guarantees we can’t back up.

How long are the programs?

Focused 8–12 week cohorts, not open-ended courses. People train full-on toward one specialization the market is actively hiring for and finish job-ready, rather than drifting through material for a year.

Is it instructor-led or self-paced?

Live, instructor-led instruction from practitioners, with small cohorts and direct feedback. We also offer a self-paced plan for people who need flexibility — see the plans page for what each option includes.

Can a company sponsor a cohort?

Yes. If you would rather build your own bench, we can train a sponsored-to-hire cohort into the exact skills you need and place them with you. Start a conversation through the plans page.
