How It Started

From a solo operation to three countries

InTime eSolutions started in 2018 in Brantford, Ontario when Sumanth Rajkumar Nagolu — a Guidewire technical lead who had spent years building enterprise insurance platforms — decided to stop watching the staffing industry fail everyone involved. Clients waited weeks for unqualified resumes. Talented professionals could not find the right opportunities. The process was manual, opaque, and full of middlemen adding cost without adding value.

The first years were not glamorous. Sumanth ran the business alongside a handful of trusted friends while still delivering as a technical lead on active projects. Business-as-usual consulting paid the bills while the real mission took shape: build an IT staffing company that was actually a technology company, one that trained its own talent, built its own tools, and expanded only when it had earned the right to.

That deliberate approach — staffing first, then training, then custom AI tooling, then international expansion — is what separates InTime from companies that scale before they can deliver. Every capability was added because a real problem demanded it, not because a pitch deck called for it.

2018

Founded in Canada

Sumanth Rajkumar Nagolu launches InTime eSolutions in Brantford, Ontario. What starts as a solo operation with a few trusted friends quickly establishes a foothold in Guidewire staffing and IT consulting across Canadian enterprises.

2024

Expansion to the USA

After six years of deliberate growth and proven delivery in Canada, InTime extends operations into the United States. MSP partnerships with Dexian and Collabera open doors to Fortune 500 engagements across insurance, finance, and technology.

2025

Expansion to India

InTime establishes its India operations, completing a three-country delivery model. The India team provides offshore development, training delivery, and a deep bench of enterprise technology professionals ready for cross-border deployment.

Our Vision

Seven countries in five years

Our vision is to establish InTime eSolutions operations in seven countries within the next five years, with at least 21 clients in each country. Not by acquiring companies or raising venture capital, but by replicating the same deliberate model that took us from Brantford to three countries: earn trust through delivery, build relationships with real people, and expand only when the foundation is solid.

Each new market will be entered with the same discipline as the last. Local presence, local relationships, cross-border delivery supported by our existing operations in the USA, Canada, and India.

Sumanth Rajkumar Nagolu

Founder & CEO

Sumanth's path to founding InTime is anything but typical. He earned a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering in India, then a Master's in Construction Management in the USA in 2015 — coming from a family business rooted in construction. But technology pulled him in. He transitioned into enterprise software, becoming a Guidewire technical lead delivering P&C insurance platforms across North America.

That cross-domain journey — from building physical structures to building enterprise systems — gave him a unique lens on the staffing industry. He experienced the broken model from the inside: agencies sending unqualified resumes, candidates getting no real preparation, and everyone blaming each other. In 2018, he decided to build something that actually worked.

He built InTime from scratch: the platform, the training programs, the consulting practice, and the team. No co-founders, no outside funding, no shortcuts. Every feature exists because he encountered the problem it solves firsthand. He still writes production code, still debugs integrations, and still understands what it takes to deliver enterprise technology projects. Sumanth is not a recruiter who started a company — he is a builder who saw a broken industry and built the tools to fix it.
