InTime
About InTime · est. 2024

Built on one repeated act of trust.

Hiring broke because it stopped being about people. InTime exists to fix that one way: we certify talent. When we say a person can do the job, they can. A live screening that produces evidence, a grade someone signs, and honest feedback to every candidate — every time.

Why InTime exists

A talent company with a point of view.

The short version of a longer conviction — the problem we refuse to accept, the answer we build every day, and the part that tells you who we really are.

The promise that broke.

In 2003, a network won the internet on one promise: the people on it are real. Two decades later that promise is in pieces. AI writes the résumés. Bots clear the keyword filters. Ghost jobs haunt every board, and good people get auto-rejected by software that never read a word they wrote. Hiring stopped being about people and became about volume.

So we certify.

InTime exists to make the promise true again. Every candidate sits a 45-minute live screening — a real conversation about what they built, how, and what it delivered. It produces evidence, not opinion: a graded, serial-numbered transcript the firm stands behind. When we say someone can do the job, they can — and you can verify it in sixty seconds.

A rejection with a reason is worth more than an offer with none.

A “no” with a reason.

The hardest moment is the person we can't certify yet. Most recruiters ghost them. We don't. Every candidate gets real, personal feedback — and when someone is close, the rejection becomes an invitation: eight to twelve weeks in our Academy, then a place in the very same pipeline. That is the whole idea. We're not filling seats. We're crafting destinies — ours included.

The discipline list

The moat is what we refuse.

Seven refusals define the product. A growth idea that violates one loses by default — that's written into how the company runs.

01
No client-facing résumé databases
Clients see the curated slate, never a pool. Curation is the product.
02
No keyword screening
Project-experience signal over tool-name overlap, always.
03
No bulk job blasts
Candidates get a small number of scored, curated matches.
04
No skipped screenings
Every candidate completes the full screening. Lower conversion is the point.
05
No 200-résumé shortlists
Three to five profiles per role. If we don't have three good fits, we say so.
06
No ghosting, ever
Raw, authentic, personal feedback to every candidate. No exceptions.
07
No spam on either side
If our outreach looks like every other recruiter's, we're doing it wrong.
How we run

Five habits, used weekly.

01

Build Before You Buy

Our platform, our ATS, our AI tooling — built in-house. No off-the-shelf software with our logo on it.

02

Earn It, Don't Fake It

Years of deliberate growth with people we actually know. No inflated stats, no pretending to be bigger than we are.

03

Grow People, Not Just Revenue

Training started as a reaction to real gaps. We invest 8–12 weeks in someone before they earn us a dollar.

04

Do The Work First

Our founder still writes production code. InTime was built while doing the work — not from a corner office.

05

Think Continents, Move Deliberately

Three continents and counting. Each new market and vertical is earned and planned, not rushed.

“A talent company should be built by the people who still do the work. I still write production code, still screen candidates every week, and still sit close to the line rather than above it.”

The standing offer

Ask us anything. You'll get a straight answer.

Our size, our numbers, our misses — we'd rather tell you plainly than impress you vaguely. That's the whole brand.
