About the Academy
We invest in people before they generate revenue
InTime Academy was not a business plan — it was a response to a real problem. The IT staffing market has a persistent gap: companies need experienced professionals, but the pipeline of experienced professionals is not growing fast enough. Traditional education does not produce enterprise-ready talent, and most boot camps focus on consumer web development rather than the enterprise platforms where the jobs are.
Our academy invests 8 to 12 weeks in every student before they generate a single dollar of revenue for InTime. Instructor-led training on real enterprise platforms, with real projects, real assessments, and real placement outcomes. We train approximately 30 students per year and place 10 to 12 of them into enterprise roles through our staffing pipeline.
This is not volume training. It is deliberate investment in people who will become the next generation of enterprise technology professionals.

The Process
Train. Certify. Place.
A proven three-step model that turns motivated learners into employed enterprise professionals.
Train
Intensive 8 to 12 week instructor-led programs covering enterprise technologies from the ground up. Real projects, real codebases, real enterprise scenarios — not tutorials repackaged as curriculum. Students work on the same types of implementations they will encounter on the job.
Certify
Graduates complete hands-on assessments and earn certifications recognized by enterprise employers. For Guidewire tracks, candidates prepare for and obtain official Guidewire certifications. Every graduate has a portfolio of real project work, not just a certificate.
Place
Academy graduates enter our staffing pipeline with priority access to open positions across our client network, MSP partnerships, and enterprise engagements. They are not starting from scratch — they are entering the market with InTime behind them.
Real Outcomes
Honest numbers, not marketing numbers
We enroll approximately 30 students per year across all tracks. Of those, 10 to 12 are placed into enterprise roles through our staffing pipeline each year. We do not claim a 100 percent placement rate because that would not be honest. What we do promise is that every graduate leaves with real skills, real certifications, and real access to our hiring network.
Some graduates find roles independently using the skills they built here. Others join our bench and wait for the right enterprise engagement. Every path is valid, and we support all of them.
Technology Tracks
Six tracks, one standard of excellence
Every track is designed around what enterprise employers actually need, not what is trending on social media.
Guidewire
PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and integration framework. The most in-demand insurance technology platform, and our deepest specialty. Graduates are prepared for Guidewire certification and enterprise implementation roles.
Full Stack Development
Java, React, Node.js, REST APIs, databases, and deployment. End-to-end development skills for enterprise web applications. Graduates can build, test, and deploy production-ready features from day one.
Cloud & DevOps
AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Cloud architecture and operations skills for enterprise environments. Graduates understand both the architecture and the day-to-day operations of cloud platforms.
AI & Machine Learning
Python, TensorFlow, model training, enterprise AI integration, and practical machine learning implementation. Not theoretical AI — practical skills for building and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Salesforce
Salesforce administration, development with Apex and Lightning, integration patterns, and certification preparation. Enterprise CRM is one of the most consistently in-demand skill sets in the market.
SAP
SAP modules, configuration, ABAP development, and S/4HANA migration. Enterprise resource planning remains the backbone of large organizations, and the talent gap continues to grow.
Specialty Focus
Guidewire: our deepest expertise
Guidewire is the platform of choice for property and casualty insurance carriers worldwide, and qualified Guidewire professionals are among the most difficult to find in the IT staffing market. Our founder spent years as a Guidewire technical lead before starting InTime, and that expertise runs through everything we do.
Our Guidewire training track is a 12-week intensive covering PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and the Guidewire integration framework. Graduates are prepared for official Guidewire certification and can contribute to enterprise implementations from their first week on the job.
No other training academy offers this level of Guidewire specialization. That is not marketing — it is a statement about the market.
PolicyCenter
Policy administration and underwriting
ClaimCenter
Claims management and processing
BillingCenter
Premium billing and payments
Integration Framework
Enterprise system integration
