How fast can I get a shortlist?

Most roles get a ranked shortlist within days, because we staff from a vertical-deep bench rather than starting a search from scratch. Timelines stretch only for the rarest, most specialized profiles — and in those cases we'll tell you up front.

What if no one on the bench fits my exact need?

Then we source for it against our network and matching engine, and if the vertical is genuinely short, our Academy builds it. The bench is a starting point, not a ceiling — we find or build the right person rather than push a near-miss.
