Call Recording Notice
Phone calls with InTime eSolutions are recorded and transcribed so our team can keep accurate notes of what was discussed. This notice explains what we keep, why, for how long, and how to opt out.
EFFECTIVE DATE · SEPTEMBER 17, 2026
1. What Is Recorded
When you speak with an InTime eSolutions employee by phone — whether you call us or we call you — the call is recorded and a written transcript is produced. The recording and the transcript are stored by InTime eSolutions in our own systems; our telephone carrier keeps no copy once ours is made.
Voicemail messages are converted to text and are not recorded as audio.
2. Why We Record
We record and transcribe calls to keep accurate notes of conversations about job opportunities, interviews, placements and client requirements; to train and support our team; and to resolve any later question about what was said. We do not sell recordings or transcripts, and we do not use them for advertising.
3. How Long We Keep Them
Recordings and transcripts are kept for as long as they are needed for the purposes above and for our legal obligations, after which they are deleted. Access inside InTime eSolutions is limited to the employee on the call and to authorised reviewers, and every access is logged.
4. How to Opt Out
You may ask not to be recorded at any time. Tell the employee you are speaking with, and recording and transcription stop for that call and for future calls with you. You may also email us at the address below; we will note your request on your record.
5. Your Rights
You may ask for a copy of a recording or transcript of a call you took part in, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains how to make a request and how we handle your personal information more generally.
