I studied Biochemistry, but I found my real chemistry in people — in the work of matching the right person to the right role. Over more than seven years in full life cycle recruitment, that has become my craft: sourcing, screening, and closing across Defense, Telecommunications, IT, and Manufacturing. I learned the fundamentals at Strategic Systems Inc in Ohio — reading a role like a map, running an onsite client account, negotiating W2 and C2C terms, and placing candidates across the US. At Randstad in Hyderabad I sharpened the executive side: deep interviews, senior searches, offers closed. Through all of it the constant has been relationships — built on business acumen, honesty, and genuine care for the people on both sides of a hire. Today, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at InTime, that is still exactly what I do.
