For eleven years I've worked the fast, relentless world of US IT staffing, and I've learned that a consultant on the bench isn't a problem to solve — they are a career waiting for its next chapter, and my job is to write it with them.

A Computer Science degree from JNTU Hyderabad gave me something rare in this business: I understand the technologies I market. I built my foundation over five years at Sriven Info, refined the art of vendor negotiation at AdvanSoft, and then led teams at AmeriTEK Global and IT Rysources — mentoring recruiters, building Tier-1 partnerships, and handling the MSAs, NDAs, and rate negotiations that keep consultants working. Across IT, Banking, Healthcare, and Telecom, I've had a hand in 166-plus placements and managed 30-plus consultants. Every one of those numbers is a person who went back to work — that is the scoreboard that matters to me.
