I trained as an engineer — a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications — but the systems that drew me in were human ones: teams, pipelines, and the flow of talent through a company. Across more than seven years in talent acquisition and operations, I've learned that recruiting, at its heart, is vendor management with a heartbeat.

I built that foundation at Amazon managing vendor relationships, then as a team lead at Randstad and SPECTRAFORCE, running high-volume hiring across IT and Non-IT and tracking the metrics that matter — time to hire, source of hire, time to fill. Somewhere along the way I fell for the future: AI-powered sourcing. I earned certifications in recruitment automation because I believe technology should free recruiters to do the human parts better. As Operations Manager at InTime in Hyderabad, I get to build the systems I once only imagined.
